Flash Form That Stores Data

Hello, I need to create a very simple flash banner with two text fields and some how store the data when someone submits the flash form (perhaps email address and name). I think that the easiest way to do this is to have a php file take the data and write it to a text file. I need someone with some knowledge of flash as well as php that can help me do this.
