Would like to make auction website like swoopo but with some customization.
1. Can set the auction minimum credit/point amount to bid .
2. Auction time ends like ebay. no second increment after bidding.
3.The site will have the auction time set like Ebay and if the auction ends before the reserved price met, it will restart again and the current bidders will still be participating in that restart auction and maintain their current bidding price/credit.
4. Able to give Bonus credit/point for new register - can be disable or unable.
5. If lets say there is a situation where a bidder bid the same price eg $9.45 ( current highest price ) as the previous biddethe winner of the auction will be another bidder who bid perhaps $9.00.
6. Can make lucky draw game out of the auction. Something like when a lucky bidder bid an item which price is $10 .We can set a specific amount eg $4.50 and when a bidder happen to bid that amount, eg $4.50, he can win a special extra prize like iPod . It doesnt need to wait until the auction ends . Other bidder still can bid on that specific ongoing auctioned item.
7. Member ranks like Ebay ? yellow star, Blue star, red star

9. multiple admin level, with a log to record login time for
each admin
