Asap: Fix My Css Nav Menu |

Hi,
I have tried to recreate a navigation menu on 1 part of my site (powered by SocialEngine), onto another part of my site, (powered by Invision Power Board forums). Ive got the basic links and style working, however it appears that Im having a problem getting the css to work. Specifically, it looks identical before hovering over the links with the mouse. However, when you hover over, you notice the width of the menu expands greatly, and the links are not following the mouseover rules already set forth in the css.
Im looking for someone who is experiencing in CSS and link design to correct this asap. Shouldnt take much time/money for an experienced programmer. Here are links for reference. Please PM me with any questions.
