I need a complete clone of AdQuick latest version 2.2.2 ( www.phplemon.com). I will want this done in PHP and MySQL. Time frame is as soon as possible, and you must give a completion date in your bid. Please review ALL of the features (publishers and advertisers, gateways, stats, EVERYTHING) and ALL of the ad formats in the latest version because they must be included in the project and must work perfectly. I have posted and contracted projects very successfully before on scriptlance.com . I will provide branding information upon commitment to a bid. Please, no novices.
Additional Info (Added 11/21/2009 at 12:44 EST)...Please note that this is a work for hire, which means that the programmer will have to sign an agreement that I will own all of the intellectual property in the work that the programmer performs, and the programmer will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Of course the bid must include installation on my server and the script must work properly before I will authorize payment.
