I want the facility on my website for users to input latitude and longitude with a radio button specifying if either in degrees or decimals. Data needs to be validated in either case. If input is in degrees, I want converted to decimals (see source code at http://www.calculatorcat.com/latitude_longitude.phtml for conversion formula). Upon entry, I want a pop-up page displaying AIS information (see http://marinetraffic.com/ais/addyourarea.aspx?level1=150#1)
