I need someone to create a static html page, and add a widget so that it works just like it would if somoene were on the website.

Probably involves copying some javascript etc., and adding it.
I need the real time outbreak monitor in a simple page without any extra fluff (css / javascript).
When I click on it, it should open like how it opens on the site.
