This job post is for a PHP developer who is both well-rounded and highly disciplined.
The work involved is near full-time and will begin by having you continue and close a number of open-ended projects which we currently have open. Although these projects are not directly tied to the core of our business, they have become high-priority and some of them must be picked up and closed immediately. You must therefore be open to time challenge and able to control and minimize your daily distractions.
The work involves PHP including platforms such as WordPress and Drupal and frameworks such as Cake or CodeIgniter, JavaScript and frameworks/JQuery, XML, AJAX, Flash, Flex, and more.
Depending on competency and most importantly reliability, this position is very likely to expand in the near future into a several-months project that may require the developers physical presence at our Canadian office. This position therefore is not open to companies, only to individual developers.
The personal qualities of the ideal candidate include: reliability, honesty, being a team player, being open to challenges, and being eager to finish the work you started.
