I have been asked to get a bid for a clone of cubroclassifieds, the script found here.

Additionally, they want banner ads displayed at the bottom to be location specific each time a different area is selected... and institute a zip-code search feature.
Anoher alternative is to create a similar type site from scratch with an entirely new design and some modifications to the code. Sorry I cant be more specific but that is the info given to me to post this request.
