Hello, I am looking for someone to develop an Active Directory Password Sychronization service. The service will look for password changes in the local Active Directory and synchronize those passwords to another directory. The interface for getting the passwords into the target directory has for the most part been developed, so the biggest part of this project will be looking for password changes and then extracting the password from the Source Active Directory.
I dont know the best way to programmatically go about this. I know that Microsoft makes a Password Change Notification Service:

Not sure if that is the best way to go about this or not. If you have done this in the past, I am certainly open to suggestions.
